Trash.. be warned. Came at 130. Buffet ended. Girl who took my order didn't tell me... finally 15 minutes later I ask any new pizza coming out? Other girl says buffet over. ????? Would've been nice if you offered me a personal or something. Left 5 minutes later.. your supposed to be helping the brand...
All that said, the food is good and the staff was friendly. It seems everything wrong with this place is fixable if someone cares to fix it. I hope Pizza Hut corporate sees this. I'd like this location to be successful.
2. Every time I've been in there, I see tables that haven't been bussed. Once, there were 9 tables that were dirty and other customers had to bus their own table to be able to sit down. A couple others just left. It''s very odd but also fairly unsanitary. The entire time I was there I only saw one table get bussed. This seems mostly due to the lack of staff.
3. The place just isn't very clean. Again, it doesn't seem like they have time to clean it. Combine this with the table bussing issue and I can't imagine this health inspector would be keen on the dining environment.

This location is in dire need of new management. It's a real shame to see a franchise location in such disarray. I've gone a few times for lunch and it has been a poor experience every time. The issues are far ranging:
Place has really gone downhill. Slow, absent-minded service. They don't effectively communicate with the customer or each other.
4. This is one of the only pizza huts I've ever seen that doesn't deliver. I won't be eating in there anymore after the aforementioned issues, but I'd consider delivery if they offered it. They don't.
worst experience i ever had at pizza hut. service was horrible . bathroom disgusting. orders were wrong and when they did come to table they were cold. i would not recommend this pizza hut to anyone. we will not go back.
1. They don't have enough front of house staff. Every time I've been there is one person working up front during the lunch rush, and another (I think the manager) who seems to split time between front and back of house. As a result, you're waiting 10 minutes to get drinks or just as long to pay. The staff wasn't being lazy, but they didn't seem to have a sense of urgency either. Overall I think they need two more people working.
