We love going to Firehouse sub and tonight's meal was very unpleasant. My husband ordered me the Bacon Ranch Turkey sub, with NO Onions and NO peppers. I can not eat spicy food and my mouth has been on fire. Even after removing the jalapeno peppers, which was requested not to be on there, the sandwich is still hot. Very dissapointed!
The food was awesome, like Firehouse always is, but the staff were pretty rude. I'll go to a different one next time.
I ate the meatball sub special. Great price great food.
