The first few times of coming here and sitting in the drive thru for more then 20 minutes I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But tonight, sitting in the line for more then 30 minutes for 4 shakes.... seriously get it together! No apologies, no explanations (EVER), no discount for the inconvenience. The manager here needs to be fired and a complete overhaul of the staff needs to take place immediately. Bull doze Sonics, and build us a TGI FRIDAY'S, where there's real customer service. Oakwood will thank you later.

The batter well covered the dog, was slightly sweet, and slightly crunchy. Fried perfectly. Dog inside was very hot, good flavor, with just enough bite to it.
Food is well cooked and staff is nice an doing their job's, not stiitng around.
This time I stumbled on to one of their promotions that is just too good to pass up: Fifty cent corn dogs! There went my diet, it was suddenly a "cheat day"!!
The kids who work here, for years, have always been very kind and helpful. I wouldn't go here if you're in a rush, but the food is always hot and tastes great, the drinks are always tasty. I've been going here for a decade, it's a good fast food place to go.
Service is usually pretty fast, the food is decent. However, the place could really use renovations.
Also got a large chili cheese tots (cheat day, remember?) Tots seemed to be not quite as crisp as they usually come, but were not a problem. They held up well under the chili and cheese. Only thing I would comment was the chili and cheese seemed to be on the light side amount wise. (That's why only rated 4 stars)
