Very clean rooms and bed was comfortable. Front lady was courteous & helpful. I just had a long day moving furniture out of the apartment and now I feel really relax.
I usually stay in this location while in the area, but this last visit was very disappointed, first upon arrival to check in there was no one on the front desk it took 20 min wait to check in, then while checking out the young lady made a mistake send my personal info to someone else email. Very disappointed
I arrived and it's a quiet hotel with an easy check-in. The room is Spacious and CLEAN!
AC/Heater works fine with no smell.
I love the lamps. Easy to turn on and off and there is a dim and bright... best lamps in a hotel!
It's a nice hotel. The people are nice. I would recommend staying here, if you're traveling through.
The bed was super comfortable. Pillows nice and fluffy. A nice and uncrowded breakfast in the morning, that included cooked oatmeal not a package (+), eggs, bacon, waffles you make of course LOL, and muffins and fruit. Added bonus: they have chocolate milk :)
Everything works great in the room.
My husband and I had booked a room for an out of town wedding that we were attending. We live almost four hours away. A block of rooms had been set aside (and paid for) for all of the out of town guests. When we arrived at the hotel after the wedding reception, the man working the front desk claimed that we had booked a room for the night prior and that there were no available rooms for that night. I explained to him that the father of the bride had booked all of the rooms for that Saturday and that I had called over a month in advance and put our name down to hold a room for us. He was extremely rude and basically said, "I don't know what to tell you, but we don't have any other rooms." Rather than trying to help us out (seeing that it was the hotel's fault that our room was reserved for the wrong night) he pretty much told us "sucks to suck" and sent us on our way. The parents of the bride were still charged for the room that was never used and we had to drive four hours home in the middle of the night. I would NEVER suggest this hotel to anyone. The staff is terrible.
Tyler at the front desk is very good at his job,friendly and helpful. Brenda who cooks the breakfast her food the best I've ever had at a hotel free buffet. She is absolutely on her toes and keeps the food coming with her warm friendly smile.
