I'm a Handicapped person. The parking lot always has cars parked in Handycap parking spaces that don't have the proper tag or windshield markings. This is very disrespectful to all Handycap people. There should be a Wal-Mart security that directs this issue to the local Police. If you try to report any of this to Wal-Mart employees. YOUR treated like your crazy. NOTHING WILL BE DONE.
This is a good Walmart, mostly everything you want is in stock. Returns are generally quick and simple except around Christmas time but that's to be expected. They have a good self checkout area. Because like with any Walmart there's 50 registers and only three of them are open at any given time thst have attendants to check you out. Bought some bread from the bakery one time and it was really good, surprisingly. I like this Walmart.
This store is all good in it's OWN WAY. IN fact this store is so busy the employees don't have proper time to clean as it very badly needs,especially in the rest rooms.
As of today when I was in this store. There is isles blocked with pallets of stock. You CAN'T even walk for all this in the isles. The isles are way too narrow as it is.
Helpful employees except for the night shift. Night employees isn't interested in helping you. This has happened more than once.
Hate the Walmart in Lithonia. We have two and both are always so Crowder and I always have at least a 10-15 minute wait in the line to check out. Workers talking and playing while you have 3 lines open and about 40 people standing In line. And don't let me get on the money center. 1 cashier and 20+ people in line I was in line literally 45 min for a 2-3. Min transaction. Sorry service and I think it's because we are in the urban black area cause I live in hall county and gwinnet and never seen the Walmart operate like this . Walmart need to hire more people and stop being cheap cause you make enough money!!!
My husband and I were told they would sell us the display laptop by an electronic associate since there were no more currently in stock. We were just suppose to have to wait on a manager to come and unhook it for us. We waited for right at an hour for a hateful manager to come and tell us he wouldn't do it. Mind you the associate said his department manager regularly sold the display laptops. 1- We were lied to. 2- We had to wait right at an hour just for a manager, 3- once the manager arrived we were told he would not do what were were previously told he would. Overall a horrible experience with a horriable rude manager.
