My Durango was at the dealer across the street getting repairs and an employee from enterprise came to pick me up shortly after I arrived which was awesome! She was super friendly & knowledgeable! And when my car was ready at the dealership later that day I arrived at enterprise to return their vehicle and for them to take me to the dealership. I had my 6 year old twins with me and the check out process was super quick and the employee was super friendly as well this time! He even carried my kids booster seats and made friendly conversation

Great experience! Was in and out with the rental in under 15 minutes. Agent knew we had a long drive ahead of us, with 3 small children, and found the best van in their inventory to make our long drive as enjoyable as possible. I have also rented from this same location when my personal vehicle has been in for repair and I've received the same type of quick, honest, courteous service. Will definitely be using Enterprise again, and specifically this location.

Sometimes nice, when the "regular" guys are in the office, but whenever there is a new person, like today, they can be really unfriendly. Have rented with Enterprise for many years now (at least for four years at this location) and they could not give me a car today because I "did not have two bill statements with me, since I was using a debit card to rent". My point is, they do NOT always ask me for the darn statements every time I rent, so I do not bring them. But the woman who assisted me today was as useless as she was rude. Bottom line, I was not able to get the car I had booked. So inconvenient! She said "they try to treat all people the same" all the time, but I beg to differ. I was not asked for the bill statements last time or the previous one. I have also seen them rent to other people using the same payment means without asking them for the bill statements. They have my insurance information, my driver's license, but the woman still said she needed the hard copy of my insurance.

We have rented many times with Enterprise and appreciate their typically great customer service and quality product and that they usually have water bottle for their customers and let the spouse drive for free.

I would go back here, BUT, I asked for Physical Damage and they gave me ALL the insurances! It was ok, because, they helped me elsewhere. The other thing was Sirius Radio, I was not given a choice and not only did I not listen to it because I did not know I had it, I was charged for it! The people were very nice and that helps, of course. Also, it all was partly my fault for not going over all this before I signed on the dotted line! I just want y'all to work with me and explain it all! I will try and do what is best for BOTH of us!!

At this location we were disappointed because the car that we received had not been cleaned on the inside. Also, the gas tank was not full, it was missing about a quarter of a tank of gas.
