I wish I could give Bank of America 0 stars but, I have to put one star in order to leave a review. I have been a customer for almost a year and have never been charged any "withdrawal fee" of $50. I called customer service three times so I could get my money back because, I had no idea I had a withdrawal limit. I even spoke to a manager who said that they couldn't return the money back to me because of their "policies". I am so disappointed with this Bank and I can't believe they prefer to lose a client over returning MY money back to me. If you ask me that is one way to steal your money. I have previously only banked with Wells Fargo and I was never charged these crazy fees that Bank of America is charging. I am VERY unhappy and I will be looking for a new bank that does deserve my business. Do not Bank with Bank of America they will get money out of you with their crazy fees.
